When you pre-pay for a course of treatments, you receive significant savings based on the prepayment schedule. Please note the following terms:
Non-Refundable: All prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable.
Non-Transferable: Packages are not transferable to other individuals or applicable to different treatment areas.
Expiry: Prepaid treatments must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a prepaid appointment.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing the required 24 hours’ notice, that treatment session will be forfeited. Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
